Position Summary

HMO Rostering Officer
Maternity Leave Replacement 12.09.2022 to 08.09.2023

Part time - 12 hours per week

 

Colac Area Health is a values based organisation providing a unique integrated health service comprising of over 500 employees, providing Acute Care, Aged Care, Community and Allied Health Services.

 

The HMO Rostering Officer is responsible for the rostering of House Medical Officers, on a 13 week rotating roster and maintaining the General Practitioner (GP) Doctor Roster every 6 months, in accordance with the Doctor in Training Agreement (Barwon Health).

 

What’s required? 

  • Confident in utilising a variety of computer software applications including
  • Demonstrated high level of numeracy accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders within the organisation and community partners to develop and maintain effective professional relationships
  • Strong customer service ethic and ability to adapt in a changing environment.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
