Maternity Unit Manager 
Full Time - 40 hours per week 

Colac Area Health is looking for the Right highly professional Midwife to lead our Maternity Service.

This midwife loves their work and promotes consumer focused care. 

The successful applicant will have:

• Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse & Midwife
• Post graduate qualification in leadership
• Minimum of 5 years post graduate relevant clinical experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver a model of high quality, women and family focused care
• Recent leadership experience with proven competency in operational planning, strategic and innovative thinking, resource management and budget management
• Knowledge and application of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards
• Ability and willingness to provide direct care within scope of practice
• Demonstrated evidence of effectively leading staff through change
