Lifestyle Assistant
Part Time - 16 hours per week

Colac Area Health is a values based organisation providing a unique integrated health service comprising of over 500 employees, providing Acute Care, Aged Care, Community and Allied Health Services.

The Lifestyle Assistant Residential Aged Care will be responsible for providing planned social and leisure interests, activities / therapies that are an integral part of daily living activities and are an important human need. Encouragement and support to ensure a resident’s individual wellbeing is cared for and has positive results / benefits for residents

What’s required? 

• Certificate IV in Community Service – Lifestyle and Leisure or working towards same OR Certificate III in Aged Care and prepared to work towards Certificate IV in Community Service – Lifestyle and Leisure.
• First Aid certificate work place level 2.
• Computer literacy particularly in Microsoft office software.
• Current Working with Children check.
