Patient Flow Liaison Officer 
Part Time 20 hours per week

Colac Area Health currently has an opportunity for a Patient Flow Liaison Officer to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team.

 

The successful applicants will have;

 

  • Registered Nurse – current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Previous experience in a similar role or extensive clinical experience.
  • Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly developed engagement and assessment skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and change management skills
  • Ability to relate and negotiate with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
  • High level of IT competency
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment
