Position Summary

Community Sexual and Reproductive Health Nurse
Permanent Part Time - 8 hours per week on a Thursday

Colac Area Health has an opportunity for a Sexual and Reproductive Health Nurse to join our busy Community Nursing team, based at headspace Colac. The successful applicant will have a particular interest in the provision of community health and adolescent sexual and reproductive health care and education.

 

What’s required?

  • Registered Nurse Division 1 with a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience
  • Sexual and Reproductive Health Certificate Part 1 (Part 2 is desirable) or willing to work towards
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise, problem solving ability and the capacity to work independently in the community setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team across the continuum of care
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Current Working with Children check
