Position Summary

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST GRADE 1 or 2

Acute, Rehabilitation, Community
Will consider full time or two part time positions
Up to 80 Hours per fortnight 

 

Colac Area Health currently has an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist Grade 1 in Community, Rehabilitation and Acute care to join our dynamic and friendly Occupational Therapy and Allied Health Teams.

 

The successful applicant will have;

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Occupational Therapy Registration with AHPRA and Eligibility for membership of Occupational Therapy Australia Limited.
  • Experience providing occupational therapy services in a health care setting; Acute Hospital, Community, Outpatients or Rehabilitation.
  • Demonstrated experience and achievement of independent practice in clinical area with established clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
  • An effective interdisciplinary team member of relevant team
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, and ability to work within tight timelines
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including the capacity to negotiate effectively
