Position Summary

WARD CLERK - URGENT CARE 
8 hours per fortnight - Permanent Part Time 

With ability to back fill leave

 

Colac Area Health currently has an opportunity for a clerk to join our busy emergency team. 


The successful applicant will have:

  • A strong focus and passion for customer service
  • Recent clerical experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office platforms and demonstrated ability to competently learn additional software programs
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and problem solving skills
  • Ability to contribute to continuous quality improvement activities
  • Knowledge of patient administration systems - desirable
  • Knowledge of medical terminology - desirable
  • Recent clerical experience in a similar role - desirable
