WARD CLERK - URGENT CARE
Part time position: up to 0.7 EFT
Required to work some weekends

Colac Area Health currently has an opportunity for an experienced Administration Clerk to join our busy Urgent Care team.
The successful applicants will have;
Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes
- Qualifications in a relevant administration or management field (preferred)
- A commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire)
Essential
- A strong focus and passion for customer service
- Recent clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft office platforms and demonstrated ability to competently learn additional software programs
- Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and problem solving skills
- Ability to contribute to continuous quality improvement activities
Desirable
- Knowledge of Patient Administration Systems
- Knowledge of medical Terminology
- Recent clerical experience in a similar role
