Position Summary

Family Violence Case Manager - Horizon Program 
Part time - 16 hours per week

Limited Tenure ASAP to 30/06/2023 

 

Colac Area Health currently has an opportunity for the role of Family Violence Case Manager - Horizon Program within the Family and Community Programs team.

 

The successful applicant will have;

  • Tertiary Qualification in social work, psychology and /or equivalent qualification 
  • Demonstrated experience in working within the family violence sector and within family violence frameworks 
  • Demonstrated ability to work within tight time schedules and provide flexible, sensitive, culturally safe and inclusive  case management  for clients of this program 
  • Demonstrated experience of working positively and productively within a team and across partnerships
  • Demonstrated experience in delivery of training and community education 
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required 
  • Demonstrated experience with data and record keeping and IT systems 
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
