Position Summary

Governance, Quality and Safety Administration Officer
Part-time 15 Hours per week

 

Colac Area Health currently has an opportunity for a Administration Officer to join our busy Governance Quality and Safety Team.

 

The successful applicant will have;

  • Excellent Customer Services Skills in communicating with consumers and supporting them through Feedback process
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
  • Ability to maintain systems and troubleshoot problems
  • Provide reports on feedback that identify opportunities for improving our care and services to our community
  • Highly developed and effective verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work well with others and to communicate with other departments effectively
  • Understanding of Health Literacy and providing opportunities to promote and support Health Literacy .
